Principle of hydraulic buffer

The shock absorber （IOS/安卓通用版/手机APP下载☻）relies on hydraulic damping to cushion and slow down the objects acting on it to a certain degree of protection. It is suitable for lifting transportation, elevator, metallurgy, port machinery, railway vehicles and other mechanical equipment, whose role is to prevent hard collision during the working process resulting in damage to the safety buffer device.

Usually a small hydraulic buffer is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a piston, a piston rod, a hydraulic cylinder head, a buffer spring and a sealing element, as shown in the figure.
