When rubber fender products are formed, it is impossible to remove the cohesion of the elastomer after high pressure pressure, and when the mold is released, there is a tendency to instability (the shrinkage of the rubber depends on the type of rubber). Stability and stability take time. Therefore, when first designing rubber products, regardless of the formula or mold, it is necessary to carefully calculate the good fit, otherwise the product size may be unstable, which will lead to a decline in product quality.
